When creating Evermark Notary, a lot of thought was given to who would benefit most from our services. We specialize in talking to clients who experience cognitive impairments related to memory deficits or people who are no longer able to complete self-care but can still make their own decisions.  Most often, these are also the individuals who are unable to obtain transportation to have legal paperwork notarized.  With our mobile services, we come to you.

Our Story

With over 15 years of experience in healthcare, we realized that many individuals lacked someone to make decisions for them when they became unable to do so. Scheduling meetings in offices or locating a mobile notary to meet patients on-site often proved challenging. This led to the creation of Signatures Mobile Notary services to address this problem.
